Check the system software settings including the method file. Toggle the autosampler cooling system directly in the chromatogram software under Monitor>>Device Monitor. Please visually check the rotation of fan inside the cooling area. Visually inspect far inside of the cooling area. If there is ice around the cooling parts (peltier device), it might be because of a temperature sensor error. Contact Amuza for possible service.
