| At pH2.8 condition for GABA analysis, you will see a very large peak in front of the GABA peak. If the separation of those two peaks are not good, please raise the mobile phase pH at 0.2 increments. The retention time for the large peak slides towards the solvent front with a higher pH, whereas the retention time for GABA changes very little. |
