Please set the manual injector in the upstream of autosampler. When you want to inject sample or standard from the manual injector, please turn the autosampler valve to Load position from the autosampler software window, then turn off the power of the autosampler and re-connect the connecter (electric) underneath of manual injector. (This connection should be disconnected while using autosampler.)  At this situation, you can inject samples from manual one.
