If the temperature rises very slowly, please check the volume of sterilizing water you are using. If you overfill the sterilizing water, it takes more time to heat. Additionally, if you are sterilizing large volumes of liquid, it will take longer to reach the set temperature. Please see the attached data regarding the anticipated heat transfer lag for various liquid volumes.
