Please prepare the stretch chamber in this order:

1. Ultrasonic cleaning with surfactant 30-60 mins

2. Wash with purified water

3. Autoclave

4, Plasma treatment

5. Collagen coating

6. Incubation 3-5 hrs

7. Washing

8. Cell seeding
